Redemption Opportunity House is a re-entry services organization based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We believe that every person, regardless of their past, has the potential to create a meaningful and fulfilling future.
We provide a safe, supportive environment where individuals can rebuild their lives after incarceration. Our programs go beyond housing. Through case management, mentorship, life-skills classes, and employment assistance, we walk alongside each person on their journey toward stability and self-sufficiency.

We work to provide program participants with a safe, supportive space to call home — not just a bed, but a foundation. Our goal is for you to focus on what matters most: rebuilding your life with dignity. Housing is subject to program eligibility and availability.
Personalized Case Management
Someone in your corner, every step of the way.
Program participants are connected with a dedicated case manager who works to understand your story, your goals, and your individual needs. We do not offer one-size-fits-all plans — we sit down with you and develop a personalized roadmap together.
Mentorship & Peer Support
Guided by people who have been where you are.
Our mentors are community leaders, veterans of the re-entry journey, and individuals who have walked this road themselves. They offer real wisdom, genuine accountability, and the kind of encouragement that only comes from lived experience.
Life-Skills Development
Practical knowledge for lasting independence.
From financial literacy and budgeting to conflict resolution and effective communication — our workshops are designed to build practical skills. Specific class offerings and schedules may vary based on program capacity and availability.
Employment Readiness
We help open doors to new opportunities.
We partner with employers who value second chances and work to prepare participants to enter the workforce with confidence. We provide resume support, interview coaching, and referrals to employment resources. Outcomes depend on individual effort, eligibility, and market conditions.
Wraparound Support Services
Your whole person matters to us.
We work to connect participants to a trusted network of specialists in recovery support, mental health counseling, legal navigation, and substance abuse services. Our team will always make every reasonable effort to identify appropriate resources for each individual.
